Handling

Every piece of Nique Jewellery ordered is made by hand, therefore it can take up to five business days to be dispatched to you.

Once we have finished handcrafting your jewellery it is put through our quality control process before being wrapped up and dispatched.

No prices or invoices are sent with the jewellery allowing you to send as a gift directly to your loved ones. Please leave us a note at the checkout if you would like something special written on the card.

 We understand if you have left it to the last minute. If you do require an urgent order, please let us know in the notes at the checkout. We promise we will do everything we can to get your piece to your loved ones as soon as we can, we just can not guarantee it. Shipping

Currently we ship to Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, India, Singapore, and South Korea.

We use Australia Post Express and we like to allow 1-3 business days from dispatch to delivery for Domestic orders. We will notify you by email once your item has been dispatched.

As our pieces are of high value we do require a signature on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery it will be taken to your local post office for collection with ID and your signature.

Please ensure that your correct postal details are put in at the checkout.
