Website Terms and Conditions

By purchasing goods from the website, customers are entering a contract of sale and we will except contract of sale with a confirmation email. Once your jewellery has been finalised an email with shipping details will be sent within 10 business day timeframe.

We will require your personal details of full name, email, phone number and address. These details will be kept for our records only.

Returns of our collection items purchased through our website have a 7 day change of mind. Exchange or refund if they have not been modified in anyway – ie change of finger size, engraving, request for different metal. If the item of jewellery has been modified then refer back to our Terms & Conditions for custom orders.

By submitting an order on the website you agree to be bound by our Terms.

Warranty

At Nique Jewellery we offer a 12 month Manufacturing Warranty for all our Jewellery. This is to cover the workmanship and we will repair pieces at our discretion. To make a claim under this Warranty please email to hello@niquejewellery.com. In addition to the Rights conferred by the Australian Consumer Law, our Warranties and Terms and Conditions are set.
